Delivery Period: This is the typical delivery period for each delivery option; we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries that are due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, postal strike, civil unrest, etc.)

Next Working Day: For orders placed Monday to Thursday before 15:00; orders placed on a Friday before 15:00 will arrive on or before the following Monday (excluding English Public Holidays); orders placed on a Saturday before 10:30 will arrive the following Monday (excluding English Public Holidays); orders placed on a Saturday after 10:30 will arrive the following Tuesday (excluding English Public Holidays)

Saturday Delivery: Delivery is guaranteed before 13:00 on Saturday

Europe / Rest of World: Non-UK customers are responsible for the payment of any import duties imposed by the receiving country; we regret that we are unable to advise you on such duties; please note that Southern Ireland (Republic of Ireland) is considered Europe by the postal service

Next Day: Online orders can be collected in person from Pizazz Online after 10:00 on the day after the order was placed (excluding Sundays and English Public Holidays)

If you place your order before 15:00 Monday to Friday we will usually despatch it the same day.

If you place your order between 15:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday we will try our best to despatch it the same day but, during busy periods, this may not be possible; in such cases your order will be despatched the next Working Day.

If you place your order between 17:00 Friday and 10:30 Saturday we will try our best to despatch it on the Saturday but, during busy periods, this may not be possible; in such cases your order will be despatched the following Monday (excluding English Public Holidays).

Orders placed after 10:30 on a Saturday will be despatched the following Monday (excluding English Public Holidays).

Orders placed on an English Public Holiday will not be processed until the next Working Day.

Orders can only be delivered to the address given (home, work, other) when placing the order, i.e. we are unable to re-direct an order to an alternative delivery address once that order has been placed with us.

Orders will be sent by Royal Mail and will need to be signed for (exclusions may apply – however, a traceable and insured method of delivery will always be used). UK orders under £75 will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery; all other UK orders will be sent by Special Delivery.

You will receive an e-mail informing you when your order has been despatched (Despatch Notification). Please note that all delivery charges are non-refundable.

Orders may be delivered between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 13:00 on Saturdays.

We believe you will be delighted with your purchase from Pizazz Online but recognise that there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We will exchange or refund any or all of your purchased items (or issue a credit note if requested) providing such items are returned:

– in their original packaging

– in a fully re-saleable condition

– new, unused and with all Pizazz Online and designer garment tags still attached by their original means

Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wearing them. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

Please note that any made-to-measure or custom-made items, including items altered or personalised for you, or any items that we have specially ordered from our suppliers for you are non-returnable.

Please be advised that you have a legal obligation to keep in your possession items being returned and to take reasonable care of such items whilst in your possession.

As a small independent retailer we require that any items purchased online that you wish to return are first notified to us by e-mail and then returned to us within 7 Working Days of you receiving your order. Any items returned without prior notice via e-mail will NOT be accepted.

Send your e-mail to making clear whether you require an exchange, credit note or refund for the items. Please ensure you include your name, address and the order number that the return relates to in your e-mail.

You are responsible for ensuring that the items are suitably packaged for return to avoid damage. The items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. The cost of any damage caused due to insufficient packaging will be charged to you. This charge will be at least 15% of the purchase value.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery. We recommend that you adequately insure your return parcel in case of loss or damage.

We strongly advise that a PROOF OF POSTAGE certificate (or similar receipt) is obtained when returning any part of your order. If Proof of Postage is not available, we may not be able to process your returns request.

Please complete & enclose the Returns Form (one per item) that accompanied your order with your returned items.

All items will be inspected on return and will NOT be accepted if:

– their tags have been tampered with

– they are damaged

– they are soiled or stained with perfume/deodorant

– they have been worn, washed or handled inappropriately

– they are returned outside the 7 Working Day returns period

If we find that an item has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund for that item, in which case you will be contacted by a member of our staff. Any item not accepted will be returned to you at your expense.

When processing a refund for returned items, we will use the original method of payment and you will receive an e-mail confirming the refund amount. Please note that the value of the refund will exclude any delivery charges paid and that refunds, once approved, may take up to 28 calendar days to reach your account.

Exchanges may take up to 5 Working Days to despatch from date of receipt and are subject to availability. Exchanges are despatched at no extra cost to you.

If you wish to return an item in person, you must still e-mail us as detailed above stating the date on which you wish to visit us. Note that refunds for online purchases are not processed through the shop till system and hence cannot be made at the time of your visit.

This page, together with the documents referred to in it, set out the legally binding Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) on which we supply any of the products (the “Products”) listed on our website (the “Website”) to you. Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them before ordering any Products from our Website.

By using our Website and placing an order for any of our Products you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. Please note that if you refuse to accept these Terms in their entirety, you will NOT be able to order any of our Products.

All purchases made on our Website are governed by these Terms which will apply to any contract between us and you for the sale of Products (the “Contract”). If you have difficulty in understanding these Terms or have any other queries, please contact us – we will be happy to assist you.

3.1 You may only purchase Products from our Website if you are at least 18 years old. By placing an order on our Website you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old and we are entitled to rely on that confirmation.

3.2 You warrant to us that all information which you are required to provide when ordering Products online is accurate and complete in all respects at the time of the order and that this information relates to you/the person placing the order and not to any third party.

3.3 If we have to contact you or give you notice in writing, we will do so by e-mail to the e-mail address you provide to us in your order.

3.4 All orders are accepted subject to Product availability. If we are unable to supply you with a Product you have ordered, we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible. For the avoidance of doubt, other Products ordered by you will be despatched in the normal way.

3.5 If we do not supply a Product for any reason we will refund you the full amount for that Product using the original method of payment within 5 Working Days. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer as a direct or indirect result of us not supplying a Product.

3.6 When an order is made online, the payment confirmation issued by the company clearing the credit/debit card payment does not constitute acceptance of your order by us. We reserve the right to check any discrepancies and an order will only be confirmed once it has been verified by us.

3.7 We will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Products have been despatched (Despatch Confirmation). The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Despatch Confirmation.

3.8 If, after we have sent your Despatch Confirmation, we are unable to supply you with a Product (for example, the Product is not in stock or is no longer available or because of an error in the price on our Website as referred to in Clause 6.5), we will refund you the full amount for that Product using the original method of payment within 5 Working Days.

3.9 Any error in any ordering process due to technical or other reasons beyond our control entitles us not to treat the order as being binding on us.


4.1 All sales are transacted in GBP (£) Sterling. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the applicable current foreign exchange rate for their own currency on all transactions.

4.2 Certain countries worldwide may charge an import duty. We have no control over or liability for such charge.


5.1 From time to time and at our complete discretion, purchases of Products may be subject to special offers. In the event that such a special offer applies to your order, the terms of that special offer shall be subject to these Terms. If there is any conflict between the terms of a special offer and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless specifically excluded.

5.2 We may change the terms of special offers, or withdraw them altogether, at any time and without prior notice. Subject to Clause 6.5, we will honour at the offer price any order placed by you before an offer ends, or is amended or withdrawn.


6.1 The prices shown on our Website are in GBP (£) Sterling and are only applicable to Products purchased through our Website.

6.2 The prices shown on our Website include UK VAT (Value Added Tax) at the Standard Rate in operation at the time of purchase.

6.3 The price of a Product does not include delivery charges. Our current delivery charges may be viewed here.

6.4 Prices for our Products may change from time to time without notice but such changes will not affect any order that has been paid for in full.

6.5 We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of Products are correct at the time the relevant information was entered onto our Website. If we discover an error in the price of a Product you have ordered we will inform you by e-mail of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the e-mail address you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you of the same. Where an order in cancelled due to a pricing error we will refund the full order value using the original method of payment within 5 Working Days. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price.


7.1 Payment for Products and all applicable delivery charges is in advance and must be made in full at the time the order is placed.

7.2 You can only pay for Products using a credit or debit card. We accept the following cards: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Delta. We do not accept American Express.

7.3 All card payments are handled by SecureTrading, one of the UK’s leading payment processors, who have the systems and experience to ensure your card payment is totally safe. Any refunds will also be processed through SecureTrading.

7.4 Multiple, valid gift voucher codes may be utilised in one order. Gift Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.

7.5 Only one promotional code can be used at any given time unless otherwise stated.

7.6 Under no circumstances can the value of a discount code be deducted from an order if the code is defective or out of date. No replacement codes will be issued in this case.

7.7 When an order is placed using a promotional code and contains a number of items, the value of the discount is spread over each item.

7.8 Any refund of an item purchased using a promotional code will be reduced by the value of the discount attached to it. The discount will not be refunded.


8.1 Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 28 calendar days of the date your order is placed.

8.2 We will give you an estimated delivery date for the Products but no dates or times provided by us are guaranteed.

8.3 We will only deliver Products to the address on the order and Products will not be left without a signature. Delivery will be completed once the Products have been signed for, after which any loss or damage to the Products shall be at your own risk.

8.4 Delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery. We cannot accept liability for delay in the event that nobody is at the address to receive the order or in circumstances that are outside of our control.

8.5 We recommend you inspect your parcel for damage before accepting it. If your parcel appears to have incurred damage in shipping you would be advised not to accept it. If you have already received the parcel and then notice the damage, make sure that you keep the packaging as this may be required when making a claim. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of any Products if they appear to be damaged in transit.

8.6 If your purchase is not received within 7 Working Days of payment, please contact us on 01628 528877 or by sending an e-mail to in case of loss/delay through the delivery service used.

8.7 Please note adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late or cancelled delivery. If that is the case we will endeavour to contact you as soon as we are informed by the delivery service used of such delayed or cancelled delivery. In any event, subject to Clause 15.5, our liability to you will be limited to the price of the Products not delivered and the cost of delivery.


9.1 If for any reason you need to cancel or delay your order, please telephone us on 01628 528877 as soon as possible and we will endeavour to make the necessary changes.

9.2 If your order has already been despatched you will need to use our returns process to cancel your Contract with us in accordance with your legal right to do so as set out in Clause 9.3.

9.3 Under the European Directive on Distance Selling, which was incorporated into UK law through The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract during the period set out below in Clause 9.5. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a Product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund.

9.4 This cancellation right does not apply in the case of any made-to-measure or custom-made Products, including Products altered or personalised for you, or any Products that we have specially ordered from our suppliers for you.

9.5 Your legal right to cancel a Contract starts from the date of the Despatch Confirmation, which is when the Contract between us is formed. You have a period of 7 Working Days in which you may cancel and return any or all of the Products that have been despatched, starting from the day after the day on which you receive the Products. Our Returns Policy requires you to notify us by sending an e-mail to Your cancellation is effective from the date you send us the e-mail.

9.6 Please refer to our Returns Policy, which is integrated into these Terms by this reference, for additional Terms & Conditions.


10.1 If you receive an incorrect Product, i.e. not the Product you ordered on our Website, please send an e-mail to within 48 hours of receipt of the Product detailing your order number, a description of the Product ordered, a description of the Product received (preferably with a digital photograph) and your telephone number. We will then contact you to discuss a replacement or refund.

10.2 In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty Product, please send an e-mail to within 48 hours of receipt of the Product detailing your order number, a description of the Product, a description of the damage (preferably with a digital photograph) and your telephone number. We will then contact you to discuss an exchange or refund.

10.3 If you wish to exchange a faulty Product, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same Product in the same size, subject to availability. This does not apply to faults caused by wear and tear, accidental damage, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no exchange or refund. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty Products at our discretion.

10.4 Faulty Products must be returned to us using our returns process so that we can exchange/refund the faulty Product and refund the costs of the return. Once we have received the faulty Product at Pizazz Online, the fault will be verified and a replacement order will be sent out to you as quickly as possible or a refund issued.

10.5 Subject to Clause 15.5, we will not accept any further claims for loss from or in connection with the supply of faulty Products, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, howsoever arising.

10.6 As a consumer, you will always have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by the Returns Policy referenced in Clause 9 or these Terms. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.


11.1 If there is a dispute which we cannot settle by direct negotiation, you agree that the dispute shall be finally determined by the English courts and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12.2 Any notice given by telephone or sent by e-mail to must also be confirmed in writing in accordance with Clause 12.1.


13.1 If you give us any incorrect personal information, or fail to make any payment when it is due, or cancel any payment, or become insolvent, or commit any breach of these Terms then, in any of those events, we have the right to cancel the Contract and recover possession of any Products that have been supplied for which payment has not been received in full.


14.1 You own the Products once we have received full payment of all amounts due from you.

14.2 You have no right to re-sell any Products until you own them.

14.3 The risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you upon delivery. If you have agreed to collect the Products from us, the risk in those Products passes to you on collection (or 7 calendar days after the date of the collection agreed between us if you have not collected the Products by then).

14.4 You will be responsible for the safe custody and insurance of all Products in your possession.


15.1 We warrant to you that the Products ordered by you will meet the description as shown on our Website (or any other description given to you in writing).

15.2 If any defect in any Products appears within 6 months of delivery, you must notify us as soon as you become aware of the defect, giving us full details. We will then decide, in consultation with you, whether the defect is our responsibility. If so, we may arrange either to repair the Products or to replace them with similar Products. Any defective Products to be returned to us must be returned at your expense.

15.3 We do not accept any responsibility for any wear and tear, accidental damage or failure by you or by any third party to adhere to any written recommendation provided in relation to the Products.

15.4 We do not accept any responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or data network, online computer systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or software, or failure of any e-mail service due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.

15.5 Nothing in these Terms will restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, breach of contract or breach of statutory duty, nor will any of these terms affect or restrict any of your statutory rights. For further information about your statutory rights, contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

15.6 We will not be deemed to be in breach of Contract or of these Terms as a result of any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war, breakdown of equipment, road traffic problems.

15.7 We cannot accept liability for any indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of enjoyment, loss of business, loss of goodwill or economic loss whatsoever other than death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

15.8 Other than as set out in Clause 15.5, our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of Products to you under this Contract will not exceed the total amount you have paid us for the Products and any delivery charges contained in that order.
